Refund Policy

All gift certificates purchased online cannot be refunded unless a proof of purchase is provided and it could only be refunded in person at 1227 Appleby Line Burlington Ontario. Auto Spa might require to see a photo ID to confirm the authenticity of the purchase. Gift certificate may not be redeemed for cash.

Gift Cards

All gift cards bought on line are printable and can be used for redemption. If you wish it could be replaced with a plastic presentable Gift card with proof of purchase on location at 1227 Appleby Line.

In case of a lost gift card, Auto Spa will do its most to reprint but will not guarantee the reprint and a verification of ID will be required.
